Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MinuteOne Training, we strive to provide the highest quality instruction. Our class sizes are kept small to ensure personalized attention, which means late cancellations prevent other students from registering.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 Hours Notice
If you cancel your registration more than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule to a future date.
Less than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time are subject to a $45.00 Cancellation Fee. The remaining balance of your registration fee will be refunded.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the full registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Rescheduling
We understand emergencies happen. One-time rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window may be granted at the sole discretion of the instructor, subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Instructor Cancellation
In the rare event that MinuteOne Training must cancel a class due to weather (e.g., severe storms affecting Island travel), instructor illness, or low enrollment, registered students will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling options.
